Welcome! Lets explain Pre-Orders vs In-Stock Items

Pre-Ordering supports our efforts of sustainable fashion.
We only order what is needed.

We have something for everyone in various releases. Like us on Facebook for news on new releases, giveaways and deals or join our email list below, so you don't miss out.
This year we'll have numerous Pre-Orders due to fluctuating factory and shipping delays. This allows us to plan and book shipping well in advance.

In-Stock Collections:

We design each item with a whimsical flair in fun prints & patterns. All items feature our exclusive fabrics which are comfortable and probably the softest fabrics you'll ever wear! In-Stock items arrive in limited quantities.


Pre-Order Collections

Pre-Order collections feature numerous items to choose from, in the sizes you want and need. This allows us to order larger quantities of your favorites. The quantities are unlimited while the Pre-Order is open! Once a Pre-Order closes we only order 10% more than customers pre-ordered selections. As a result many sizes are not ordered and even certain styles. So Pre-Order if you love it! Payment is always due at the time of the Pre-Order, and your items will ship to you at a later date specified with each Pre-Order! Shipping dates are estimated with room for some delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Always allow at least 5 business days for your order to ship once a Pre-Order arrives.

How Long is Pre-Order Open?

Pre-Orders are open 1-2 weeks. Then only the extra quantities ordered are available anytime to order. So if you love it, order it as you may miss it!  

Surprise Limited Pre-Orders

We also feature in season surprise pre-orders of items in production but limited quantities. These items usually arrive within a few weeks of ordering since these Pre-Orders are only available once a shipping date is booked.

Canceling a Pre-Order 

Canceled pre-orders are issued a store credit to be used at a later time. We would appreciate not to cancel and order since these items are custom ordered just for you! Should a Pre Order be cancelled, it is refundable in the form of store credit only. Should any other exception be made there will be a restocking fee of 25%. 

Mixed Order with In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

Its best to order without the Pre-Order items. Orders only ship once all items are available. Mixing an order will cause your order to be delayed. We know you'd want all these cute items right away so please don't mix.
Many times we spot these errors and ship ahead if possible. However we try to limit shipments to keep our environment clean.
If you mixed and order then just send us an email as we can split the order for a nominal fee of $5 per split to ship in-stock items ahead.

We offer AfterPay, Paypal Payments & Sezzle for manageable payments within your budget. Plus many options offer no interest so why not!

Benefits Explained:

Bamboo is extremely breathable. As a result, it is able to keep the wearer almost two degrees cooler in the heat and noticeably warmer in the cold. Bamboo fabric is also anti-static and UV protective as it cuts out 98 per cent of harmful UV rays providing the wearer with another beneficial quality from bamboo made clothing.

For the best maintenance of bamboo clothing, it should be washed using the gentle cycle, cold or lukewarm water, where line dried is preferred. It is best to refrain from machine drying even on low heat as it may cause the garment to loose its shape sooner than if you line dried only. If necessary, it should be ironed on low heat and never with a steamer.
