Policy & Shipping Updates :
Orders continue to ship each day. We can't provide the exact day your order will ship but rest assured it is in the que. 

PRE ORDERS
All current pre orders are currently ON TIME. Please keep in mind that while they are on time it does take the warehouse a few days to get all of the orders shipped out. 

Shipping Policies / To continue to offer discounts on products we need to keep expenses low.
We apologize as we can't combine orders.
Our contract with the warehouse charges a fee for each order placed along with pick fees per item. Any changes to orders, we're charged a customer service fee by the warehouse. If the warehouse chooses to combine orders it is a courtesy, but we're still charged the per order fee along with the per item pick fee plus actual shipping cost. The shipping costs we charge is ONLY a portion of the actual cost, we absorb some of the shipping charges per order. Therefore we can't absorb the excess shipping charges & fees on any combined orders.

Tracking On Orders: Please sign up for the delivery updates and notifications when you receive your tracking from UPS or USPS. This is very helpful and provides constant notifications about your order. This is a self service feature and our customer service is not available to provide you with the current status with the carriers each day.
